Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out or in connection with these legal terms shall be referred to and resolved by the International Commercial arbitration court under the European arbitration chamber according to the rules of the ICAC which as a result is considered as part of this clause. The legal place of arbitration will be Southend on Sea, The language in English and the governing laws of the United Kingdom.
